What products does Roving Cafe use?

We take pride in using quality, locally sourced products. Our Coffee, Chocolate and Chai come from Cirelli Coffee Roasters. Our variety of tea is from T-Bar. Fleurieu Milk Co supply us with excellent Jersey Unhomogenised full cream and Low Fat milk

How many people can Roving Cafe cater to?

Generally we cater to groups of 150 or less people. If you have more than 150 people call us on 0439 694 046 or fill in the booking form below, and we can discuss options.

Is the bike noisy? Do you use a generator?

The coffee bike is not noisy and does not use a generator. We keep things quiet and eco friendly. For smaller events or in places with no power we have a battery on board and can operate for approximately 4 hours. For larger events we prefer to plug into power, this requires a single 10amp power point only.

What restrictions do you have?

The bike is 3 meters long, and 1.2 meters wide. We cannot fit through a standard doorway or negotiate stairs. However we can work outside, in areas of no power, or in sheds or business’ with larger than the normal doorway. All we need is a 3 meter by 3 meter patch of reasonably flat ground, grass, concrete.

What coffee machine do you use?

Roving Cafe has a gorgeous old style pull handle espresso machine. Decked in chrome and wood, the Fracino Retro looks great and makes excellent coffee.

What drinks do you make?

We make all standard coffee, tea, chocolate and chai based drinks:
Espresso, Macchiato, Piccolo, Long Black, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha, Hot Chocolate, Dirty Chai, Chai and a variety of Teas.

We can also provide specialty drinks and seasonal drinks:
Babyccino, Puppyccino, Cafe Bonbon, Cold Brew (with a variety of cold brew based drinks).

What is included in the price?

Roving Cafe will attend your event with everything we need to make our standard beverage menu (Coffee, Tea, Chocolate, Chai drinks). The tricycle will come with a Barista who will set it all up before your event begins, ready to start serving great drinks when you are ready. At the end the Barista will remove the cart and all waste in good time and with minimal interruption to your proceedings.

Booking Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Roving Cafe is happy to provide a full refund for any cancellations that occur more than one month before the event.
